We were so excited to be able to update this home in Fort Collins. Our client purchased the home more than 20 years ago. It was a model home that we originally supplied the finishes for!

We were honored that they returned to our showroom to update their home. We worked with the homeowners to select new carpet, tile, countertops, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.

The client chose to keep the cabinets throughout the house. We updated the kitchen by replacing the wood floors with new wood-look tile floors from Daltile. The tile adds character and requires less maintenance than the hardwood. To contrast with the light-colored cabinets, we suggested Lagos Blue quartz countertops from Caesarstone and finished off the look with timeless beveled white subway tile.

We love the freestanding tub that the homeowners chose to replace the corner tub in the master bathroom. We updated the floor tile with a large scale 12″ x 24″ tile and put coordinating tile with a beautiful decorative accent in the new enlarged shower. The room feels open, fresh, and clean.
